Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Key responsibilities:

• Operate flatbed equipment safely; secure, tarp and balance loads per DOT standards.
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and accurate log/ELD entries.
• Communicate with dispatch to optimize routes and delivery windows.
• Maintain basic preventative maintenance and ensure cargo integrity.

Drivers earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross earnings of $7,500–$10,000. Our lease-to-own program enables ownership in one year with 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Benefit highlights include pet/rider-friendly rules, 24/7 driver support and a 90-day test drive.
