Customer Service:
Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide information about our services, packages, and pricing options.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
Schedule appointments, manage client records, and ensure accuracy of client information. Sales and Promotion:
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to upsell services, products, and memberships.
Educate clients on the benefits of different treatments and recommend personalized solutions based on their needs.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all services, promotions, and current offerings.
Actively promote and cross-sell 4EVERYOUNG products and retail items. Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
Follow up with clients after their visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Regularly communicate with clients to inform them of upcoming promotions, events, or new services. Administrative Tasks:
Manage the appointment schedule, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Maintain accurate and organized client records and update the database regularly.
Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking retail products.
Requirements: Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry. Experience in consultative selling and upselling is highly desirable.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to listen to client needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate recommendations.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in managing appointments, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with 4EVERYOUNG treatments, products, and the latest industry trends. Willingness to learn and stay updated on new services and advancements.
Professionalism: Present a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the 4EVERYOUNG's dress code and grooming standards. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments and the operational needs
