We are looking for a polished, detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to be a primary presence on our sales floor. This individual will play a key role in supporting the client experiencefrom first impressions to follow-upwhile also assisting with daily operations and quality control behind the scenes. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients on the showroom floor, offering exceptional service and product knowledge
- Support the sales team with presentations, client inquiries, and daily showroom needs
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing jobs, custom designs, and repairs
- Perform quality control checks before items are delivered to clients
- Assist George with client communication, follow-ups, and special orders
- Help organize showroom merchandise, inventory updates, and store displays
- Coordinate shipping, handling, and secure packaging of client orders
- Maintain communication with vendors, jewelers, and team members to ensure timely job flow
- Prior retail sales experience in luxury or fine jewelry
- Warm, professional demeanor with a passion for client service
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
- Comfort navigating both sales and operational tasks
- Knowledge of jewelry production, repairs, and terminology
- Familiarity with point-of-sale and inventory systems; GIA certification is a plus
