OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Jersey City, NJ by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Primary duties:

• Operate late-model dry van tractors (APU, inverter, sleeper) and perform thorough inspections.
• Secure freight, log hours accurately, and adhere to DOT compliance standards.
• Maintain clear dispatcher communication and report equipment needs to in-house maintenance.

Applicants need a CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months driving experience. HMD provides full benefits and biweekly home time.
