Job description:

• Infrastructure project manager, who will turn the technical migration plan into a business-approved, executable schedule that the site can live with.
• Make impacts digestible, secure the right approvals, and prevent avoidable delays/outages.
• Engage with other PM's on converting device/port inventories + on-site survey sheets.
• Engage with the vendor project plan to do a Per-wave validation checklist and pass/fail criteria.
• Coordinate with external vendors for physical Infra replacements. Ensure vendor checkpoints and compliance requirements are met.
• Act as point of contact for multiple stakeholders (PM & Infra Teams).
• Handle challenges around PM coordination and cross-functional communication.
• Support projects spanning global regions.
• Align schedules and ensure timely execution across geographies.
• Develop outage plans with clear communication to impacted teams.
• Ensure downtime risks are minimized and communicated in advance.
• Lead Hypercare phase, addressing escalated issues post-implementation.
• Document lessons learned and feed them back into process improvements.
