**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and permissions for entry.
+ Assist visitors and staff by providing customer service while adhering to site-specific policies and procedures.
+ Assist in responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
+ Support emergency response activities as appropriate, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
+ Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel.
+ Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a welcoming and orderly environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
