We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your organizational skills with your passion for creating memorable events.
Responsibilities:• Oversee the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
• Facilitate the check-in process for attendees and provide support to guests during events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site visitors, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and meet organizational goals.
• Handle administrative tasks related to event management, including scheduling and documentation.
• Monitor and address any unexpected challenges or adverse circumstances during events.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
• Ensure all event-related activities comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Support post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.• Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and resourceful in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
• Familiarity with check-in processes and guest support during events.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
