Position Title: Data Analytical Worker / Router
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $22.50 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analytical Worker / Router to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and adjusting delivery or transportation routes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, routing, and data analysis to optimize operations and support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, assign, and optimize delivery or transportation routes for drivers.

• Monitor daily schedules and make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.

• Communicate route updates and instructions to drivers and dispatch staff.

• Track deliveries, pickups, and material movements to ensure timely completion.

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline workflow and minimize delays.

• Maintain accurate routing records, schedules, and reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and DOT regulations (if applicable).

• Address and resolve routing issues, delays, or customer service concerns promptly.

• Utilize routing software, GPS, and mapping tools to plan effective and cost-efficient paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics preferred).

• Previous experience in dispatching, routing, or logistics coordination.

• Strong understanding of geography, transportation systems, and mapping tools.

• Proficiency in routing or logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
