Your Role as an LPN Supervisor:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff on your shift
- Deliver compassionate nursing care in line with resident care plans and physician orders
- Monitor medication administration, treatments, and documentation accuracy
- Observe and report changes in resident health and emotional status
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, team-focused work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- A resident-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
