Service Sales Manager
Description
Brueckner Group USA (BGU) is looking for an experienced Service Sales Manager to join our KIEFEL Division. The KIEFEL Division of Brueckner Group USA provides sales, installation, service and technical support for KIEFEL ThermoForming, Medical, Automation and Fiber Machinery equipment. The Service Sales Manager’s role is to actively develop sales opportunities in collaboration with customers for service, spare parts, and retrofits on Kiefel equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to
· Actively develop Service Sales opportunities in collaboration with customers, including creating and tracking service, spare parts, and retrofit offers.
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Ensure excellent customer service post-purchase, including technical support, problem-solving, and advice.
· Collect, analyze and periodically present customer feedback internally to improve products and services. Collaborate with the service team in BGU and Germany to implement improvements.
· Support the preparation of forecasts in a specific area.
· Prepare informational and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
· Plan, document, and conduct business trips to customers and trade shows. Travel would be estimated to be at least 40% of working time.
· Serve as ambassador for BGU while interacting with customers
Requirements
· Engineering degree or equivalent combination of education/experience/training. Additional qualifications in Business Administration or Customer Service Management are advantageous.
· At least three years of experience in a technical sales or service role, preferably with a strong focus on After Sales and customer service.
· In-depth understanding of products and services, including installation, maintenance, and support.
· Excellent customer care abilities, including experience in handling support inquiries and resolving customer issues.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
· Strong ability to efficiently manage service requests and address customer concerns promptly.
· Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
· Engineering degree or equivalent combination of education/experience/training
· Ability to work cross-culturally
· Previous hands-on experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment a plus
Brueckner Group USA, Inc. , is the platform company of Brückner Group Germany, representing all parts of the Group in the US and Canada as the sole reseller and coordinators of sales and after-sales activities.
This position will be based in Dover, NH. All employees can work from home 20% of the time.
