We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will develop and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide training to staff and families.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose clients’ needs and develop behavior plans
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement behavior plans in home, school, and community settings
- Provide direct and indirect supervision of RBTs
- Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete progress reports and other documentation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with special needs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
