Senior Lead Plumber (Residential Service + Light Commercial) – Top Performers Only

Martinelli Plumbing & Heating, Inc. – Hainesport, NJ

If you can run calls independently, communicate clearly, and do the job right the first time, we want to talk.

Compensation

• $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Weekly pay
• Performance bonuses & incentives
• Top performers earn $90K–$120K+

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Occasional overtime during peak demand
• On-call rotation (as needed)

What You’ll Do

• Run residential service calls from diagnosis to completion
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and present clear repair options
• Repair/install piping, fixtures, valves, drainage, and water heaters
• Maintain clean, code-compliant workmanship
• Protect customer homes (drop cloths, cleanup, respect for property)
• Document work with photos, notes, and invoices
• Keep truck stocked, organized, and ready
• Communicate job status with the office
• Mentor helpers when assigned

Requirements

• Proven residential plumbing service experience
• Ability to run calls independently
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
• Strong communication skills with customers and team

Preferred

• NJ Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master), or working toward it
• 5+ years of plumbing experience (service-focused)
• Water heater, gas piping, and drain cleaning experience
• Experience with Housecall Pro is a plus
