We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our expanding New Jersey team.
This role offers the opportunity to handle a full range of family law matters, manage a caseload independently, and work closely with a team of talented attorneys, paralegals, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Family Law pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and develop tailored case strategies for clients.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Handle both existing and new cases, from initial consultation to trial.
- Maintain proactive, professional client communication and advocacy.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to firm growth through professional networking and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required).
- Minimum 4+ years of Family Law experience (required).
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and make sound legal judgments.
- Prior trial experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, and research skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Work Schedule
- Base Salary commensurate with billed hours and experience.
- Work Hours: Office open 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility on start time.
- Hybrid Schedule: Offered; blend of remote and in-office work available.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in New Jersey (relocation assistance not offered).
