Security Coordination Planner within the Production Test Center (PTC) with a specific focus on support of projects and infrastructure projects at PTC. This resource is a key point of contact (POC) for any security planning issues identified in the 24/7 monitoring of the PTC sites and helps resolve Site and Systems support infrastructure concerns, issues and troubleshooting efforts. Facilitates and drives cost and schedule efficiency into contracted services and service agreements for site and project system requirements. Works closely with PTC Operations, Engineering and Project teams to help validate engineering support details, validate requested material and services requests and negotiate best costs and agreement options. This position will interface with Moorestown Facility teams on daily preventive maintenance, monitoring and site support actions. - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 1 year of professional experience
- Demonstrated security skills and support system understanding with knowledge of security systems and equipment
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot schedule planning and site systems
- Understanding of contractors and contracted
- Candidate must be able to obtain an Interim Secret DoD Security Clearance prior to starting this position.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Facility and Equipment Maintenance planning & PMs, work request system.
- Ability to support/assist engineers with projects/task planning and lab details and security duration planning
- Knowledge of managing contractor services for security protocol
- Prior experience working in a represented labor environment
- Ability to Escort contractors in closed areas
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team and work environment
- Experience with Visitor Request System (VIS)

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
