Working in Mendham, New Jersey, offers a welcoming community atmosphere, excellent educational resources, and access to outdoor recreation, cultural events, and high-quality medical facilities. You’ll enjoy a balance of small-town warmth and convenient proximity to major metropolitan areas, giving you the best of both worlds for weekend explorations or quick urban getaways. For travel professionals who crave variety, the role also provides opportunities to work in other locations across the United States within our network. This enables exposure to a wide range of patient populations, facility cultures, and clinical challenges, broadening your professional horizon while maintaining the stability and support of a single employer. Role Specifics and Benefits:
In this assignment, you’ll engage in comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, gait training, neuroplasticity and balance retraining as indicated. You’ll document progress precisely, communicate clearly with ordering physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions home or to the next step in care. Your continued professional growth will be supported through targeted mentorship, access to advanced continuing education, and opportunities to specialize further within the Physical Therapy spectrum, such as orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatrics, or post-surgical recovery. Key responsibilities:
- Perform thorough patient assessments and establish evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Implement a variety of PT interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, gait and balance training, and functional activity progression.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjust plans, and communicate findings to the care team and patients’ families.
- Provide patient and caregiver education on self-management, prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to optimize care and outcomes.
- Support discharge planning, referrals, and community resource connections to maintain continuity of care.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, and best-practice guidelines.
- Embrace opportunities for professional development, new modalities, and specialization that enhance clinical impact. Benefits you’ll receive:
- Competitive compensation with weekly pay in the range of $1,747 to $1,827.
- Guaranteed hours at 35.0 per week, with consistent scheduling across weeks and locations.
- Start date on or around 03/16/2026, with assignment duration measured in weeks and potential extensions based on need and performance.
- A sign-on bonus to recognize your expertise and commitment.
- Housing assistance to support you as you travel, making transitions seamless and affordable.
- Extension opportunities to continue growing your experience within the network and across locations.
- 24/7 support while travelling with the company, providing reliable troubleshooting, guidance, and on-demand assistance whenever you need it.
- A robust professional community that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and peer mentorship. Company Values:
