ABA Therapist

- Provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in their home setting.
- Implement personalized treatment plans with creativity and compassion.
- Accurately collect and document data on client progress.
- Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and maintain positive relationships with families.
- Use our clinician friendly digital platform for streamlined scheduling and notes.
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field OR significant equivalent hands on experience (paraeducator, childcare professional, teacher's aide, etc.).
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting neurodiverse individuals.
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within our Monmouth County service area.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.
- Previous experience in ABA, special education, or mental health is a major plus and will be reflected in your starting rate.
