Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Supply Chain Contract Specialist for an exciting job in Edison NJ.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing RFPs and contract negotiations with vendors and GPOs.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide alternate suppliers during shortages/recalls.

• Manage contract documentation renewals pricing updates and amendments.

• Support buyers with pricing/contract discrepancies and maintain accurate procurement data.

• Conduct supplier meetings and quarterly business reviews.

• Collaborate on cost-reduction product standardization and process-improvement initiatives.

• Analyze spend using Google tools and report cost-savings performance.

• Serve as a liaison for procurement-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.

• 5 years in procurement sourcing or supply chain.

• Strong project management communication and adaptability.

• Ability to travel as needed.

• CRMP required (at hire or within 12 months).
