We are seeking a results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This full-time position offers flexible work options, including remote, hybrid, or in-office, based on your experience and performance. You'll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most, while enjoying a supportive environment, advanced tools, and opportunities for career advancement.

• Base Salary Based on Experience: $40,000 - $55,000
• Additional Commission & Bonuses: $1,500 - $3,000+ per month
• Paid time off (PTO)

• Remote options may become available upon performance. Remote working is on an earned basis.

• Make outbound sales calls and follow up with warm leads
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to agency-wide targets
• Build trust-based relationships with clients and prospects
• Offer a full range of insurance solutions, including auto, home, and life
• Refer clients to financial specialists for life insurance and retirement planning

• Current Property and Casualty license required
• Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
• Highly motivated and driven to exceed sales goals
• Comfortable making 75+ calls daily using our cutting-edge phone system
• Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver exceptional service
