Overview: Join our vibrant team as a Group Fitness Trainer and take the lead in crafting engaging, effective, and safe group training experiences at NJ Fitness Factory. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled fitness professional who thrives on making every workout session inspiring and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Execution: Lead group sessions focusing on proper technique, form, and safe exercise execution. Ensure clients receive personalized guidance to enhance their fitness journey, adapting workouts to individual needs and abilities.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage routine administrative tasks, including session setup, attendance tracking, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Ensure a timely start and efficient wrap-up of each session.
• Client Engagement: Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere, encouraging clients to focus on mobility, strength, and overall fitness. Lead by example, maintain a positive demeanor, and build strong client relationships.
• Post-Workout Supervision: Conduct cool-down and mobility exercises post-workout, engage with clients personally, and ensure readiness for subsequent sessions.
• Professional Development: Maintain certifications and stay abreast of the latest fitness trends and training techniques through continuous learning and participation in staff meetings.

Qualifications:

• Certified in Group Fitness Instruction/Personal Training with a reputable organization.
• Proven experience in leading group fitness classes in a gym setting.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology, sports science, and proper form and technique.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
• CPR/AED certification.
