Travel Reservations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Reservations Specialist to assist with coordinating and managing travel bookings for clients. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying organized, and helping others plan seamless travel experiences.
In this role, you will use company-provided systems, tools, and training to manage reservations, organize travel details, and support clients throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage travel reservations, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Organize and confirm travel details such as dates, itineraries, and booking confirmations
- Communicate with clients to gather preferences and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and tools
- Ensure all travel arrangements are handled efficiently and professionally
- Provide support to clients throughout the planning and booking process

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to learn new systems and follow structured processes
