The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional acute care, stabilize patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Provide acute care and stabilize patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinical professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
- Active New Jersey NP/PA license or eligibility to obtain before the start date.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required.
- ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) - Preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of NP/PA experience in acute or emergency care settings.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
