Nurse Practitioner

We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and physical examinations to evaluate patient wellness.
- Manage psychiatric medication treatments including prescription, dosage adjustments, and monitoring responses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests, drug screenings, breath alcohol tests, and respiratory assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
- Provide patient education and counseling to promote wellness and compliance with treatment regimens.
- Coordinate immediate testing services through our extensive network of over 10,000 screening sites nationally.
Requirements
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body.
- Demonstrated experience in psychiatric medication management and mental health assessment.
- Strong clinical skills in conducting physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
- Capability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation practices.
- Ability to provide care compliant with relevant local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
