Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and physical examinations to evaluate patient wellness.
• Manage psychiatric medication treatments including prescription, dosage adjustments, and monitoring responses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests, drug screenings, breath alcohol tests, and respiratory assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
• Provide patient education and counseling to promote wellness and compliance with treatment regimens.
• Coordinate immediate testing services through our extensive network of over 10,000 screening sites nationally.

Requirements

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body.
• Demonstrated experience in psychiatric medication management and mental health assessment.
• Strong clinical skills in conducting physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
• Capability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation practices.
• Ability to provide care compliant with relevant local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
