Position: Group Home Manager

We’re seeking a dedicated Group Home Manager to oversee a safe, person-centered, and enriching residential program. You’ll support residents’ independence, supervise staff, and ensure quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Arrange staff coverage and supervise transportation needs.
• Coordinate medical, behavioral, and therapy appointments.
• Implement and monitor Individualized Habilitation Plans (IHPs) and behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate reports and records for ArcMorris and DDD compliance.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and families.
• Manage household funds and support residents’ community involvement.
• Lead staff meetings, training, and evaluations.
• Supervise medication administration and ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Knowledge of DDD regulations/licensing standards (preferred).
• Commitment to inclusion and empowerment for individuals with I/DD.
