Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000/year (based on experience)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of core HR functions? We’re looking for an HR Administrator to support our corporate office with payroll, onboarding, benefits, and employee data management. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to for HR operations and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Edison, NJ.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Process weekly internal payroll, including bonuses, reimbursements, allowances, and benefit deductions
  • Track and process time off, salary changes, and terminations
  • Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct professional reference checks and process background screenings
  • Handle onboarding paperwork, Form I-9, and E-Verify
  • Coordinate IT setup, access, and equipment forms for new hires and terminations
  • Support benefit enrollments, track medical leaves (FMLA, ADA, STD), and respond to employee questions
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and ATS systems, including EEOC and compliance reporting
  • Upload new hire data to state child support portals
  • Assign incentive points and manage the platform for rewards
  • Administer employee assistance program (EAP) communication and updates
  • Maintain and revise policies, handbook updates, and send policy memorandums
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and coordinate with legal counsel on sensitive matters
  • Manage business supply orders, business card requests, and branch profile updates
  • Track required trainings via LMS and maintain HR documents and forms in SharePoint
  • Serve as backup support for Workers’ Compensation processes

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of HR administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced or staffing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with payroll systems, HRIS/ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Clear communication and ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism
  • Interest in growing within the HR field and supporting multi-location operations
