RK Vineland Chevrolet Kia Subaru is expanding our Internet Sales Department and seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our high-volume, fast-paced Business Development Center (BDC). Job Details
- Salary: Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based monthly bonus
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Vineland, NJ (in-person)
Work Hours
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week. Schedule includes alternating Saturdays with no Sundays required.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss requests, promotions, and build relationships.
- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to generate customer visits to the dealership.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to accurately document communications and maintain records.
- Maintain constant communication between customers and dealership departments to ensure smooth processes.
- Participate actively in all required training programs and follow established BDC scripts and guidelines.
- Meet and exceed individual goals for appointments set, confirmations, and outbound calls.
