• Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including grinding and cleaning.
• Mix and apply epoxy coatings, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
• Follow project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site. Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and epoxy application techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
