Janitorial Cleaner

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all charter schools in Camden.
- Ensure all areas are ready and clean for the next day's operations.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of janitorial staff.
- Perform and oversee cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.
- Manage employee scheduling and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Inspect facilities to ensure overall cleanliness and address any cleaning issues or concerns promptly with staff.
- Notify management of any needed repairs.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in custodial/janitorial services.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to the school system.
