Job Description:

Rice F.W. Technologies is seeking an experienced Natural Programmer to join the State of New Jersey's team for a critical role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Natural Programming , ADABAS Database , and Job Control Language (JCL) . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a complex project, with potential for hybrid work after an initial onsite period.

Specialty Areas:

• Natural Programming – Expertise in developing and maintaining applications using Natural language.
  

• ADABAS Database – Proficient in handling ADABAS databases for data management and retrieval.
  

• Job Control Language (JCL) – Skilled in writing and managing JCL scripts for job automation.
  

• TSO/ISPF – Strong experience using TSO/ISPF for z/OS environments.
  

• Project Leadership – Proven ability to lead projects effectively and manage resources to meet objectives.
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Natural Programming and ADABAS .
  

• Write and manage JCL scripts for automation of tasks.
  

• Work with TSO/ISPF for managing z/OS systems.
  

• Lead projects, ensuring timely completion and coordination with teams.
  

• Provide status updates and document progress in MS Word and MS Excel .

Mandatory Requirements:
