Office Staffing Manager (Bilingual–Spanish) – Multiple NJ Locations
We are hiring Staffing Branch Managers across Northern and Southern New Jersey to support our growing staffing operations.
Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Flexibility for occasional weekends required
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage branch staff
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment
- Build strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance and daily operations
- Drive branch performance and growth
- 3+ years staffing or recruitment experience
- Leadership experience
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
