Part Time Front Desk Assistant

STUMPY'S Hatchet House offers an alternative form of recreation. Escape the mundane, power down from the world, and step into the rustic scene of hatchet throwing. Primitive and organic, this sport suits those who love adventure, those who seek a release. Get back to the basics with hatchet throwing.
The FRONT DESK ASSISTANT is responsible for front desk operations, including greeting and welcoming guests, sales at register, and responding to phone calls, guest inquiries and reservations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Check guests in -- assessing age, sobriety & footwear
- Find out of any type of occasion the group may be celebrating
- Answering the phone & taking reservations, following the protocol on the “reservation cheat sheet”
Requirements
- Ability to provide a welcoming and fun environment to customers
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and fellow employees
- Attention to detail and safety
- Strong multitasking & problem solving skills
- Ability to work well with diverse teams
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
