Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate schedules for HHAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Ensure all client cases are fully staffed
- Handle call-outs, shift changes, and urgent coverage needs
- Communicate daily with caregivers and clients
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Match caregivers to client needs and availability
- Manage real-time scheduling changes and resolve conflicts
- Serve as the primary contact for scheduling inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams
- Ensure smooth, uninterrupted care delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of scheduling or staffing experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling software or workforce systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
