HR MANAGER

Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish for effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related area, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong background in FMLA, disability, unemployment, and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
- SHRM-CP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Experience supporting multi-shift workforces is a plus.
