As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Corporate Technology, Professional Services under Infrastructure Platforms Client Services, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery. You can quickly pull data to tell a story and skilled in creating reporting and presentations.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions; must have evidence managing complex Technical Programs
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Champion technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Comfortably interact with senior-level audiences, skilled at presenting information in a clear and meaningful way, and able to anticipate potential issues and address them proactively. This role will involve elements of Strategic Execution, Business and Program Management with a focus on managing complex initiatives to timely high-quality delivery

- Partner with team leads on prioritizing requests for modernizations while optimizing processes for improved efficiency which will require strong experience using JIRA. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years experience with strong evidence in technical program management, leading large-scale technology projects in enterprise environments.
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to influence decision-making across senior cross-functional teams and clients.
- Extensive experience in managing complex vendor relations.
- Proven track record of managing resources, and high-performing teams in fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to complex business and technical challenges.
- Credible leadership experience with a focus on strategic execution and high-quality delivery.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across diverse job functions.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and leading problem solving discussions in programs, projects, teams, and employees
- Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills, capable of articulating complex messages with poise and confidence.
- Expert in using data analytics to create insightful reports and presentations for strategic decision-making.
