Forklift Operator

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Somerset, NJ with $25/hr pay for a 3 months contract (temp to perm opportunity). In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products throughout our facility. You’ll play a vital part in warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving functions. APPLY NOW!

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to transport products from the production line to designated areas
• Load and unload products from company transport vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and loading dock
• Participate in daily inventory activities including cycle counts
• Verify load sheets to ensure accurate equipment and product dispatch
• Order products and maintain inventory control
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Provide support to warehouse and production teams as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid forklift certification and prior experience required
• Valid and current driver’s license
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong math skills
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours, including weekends
• Must be able to safely lift up to 66 lbs
• Must have steel toed shoes/boots
