REBATES SPECIALIST

Who You Are & What You'll Do: This role is based in Parsippany, NJ, and is hybrid.

• Manage deep investigation and validation of rebate-related customer deductions/chargebacks of allowances - Coop, advertising, freight, defective, destroyed, etc.
• Correspond closely with Sales and Marketing teams, who may assist in claim resolution.
• Collect supporting data and update monthly reporting to accurately record and document.
• Challenge and dispute invalid claims with active follow-up.
• Process and issue credit memos against valid claims.
• Assist in maintaining minimal open chargebacks to achieve WCR objectives.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

• Minimum 2-year associate's degree preferred
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, detail, and reasoning skills.
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records; high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage heavy correspondence and workload.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally & transversely across the organization.
