RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review project details and ensure the crew has all necessary tools and materials
• Lead installations for residential and light commercial projects, meeting industry standards
• Train apprentices, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers
• Delegate tasks, maintain efficiency, and ensure a clean, professional worksite

SCHEDULE:

This Lead HVAC Installer - HVAC Installation Technician position works full-time with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components
• Proficiency in soldering techniques
• NATE certification
