In-Home Sales Representative

Exterior Point is currently hiring in New Jersey for the role of in-home sales representative!

We invest in you. We are a leading provider of high-quality exterior home improvement solutions and are looking for talented individuals to join our team. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach, we want to hear from you!

You will be positioned for success with interactive paid training, great team support, and pre-set confirmed appointments.

Job Incentives:

• Uncapped commission pay structure with earnings up to $200k+ .
• Paid Training in our main office in Tinton Falls, NJ.
  
• Free use of our office recreation center.
  
• Bonus structure based on annual performance.

Requirements

NO cold-calling or lead generation required.

All leads are sourced and pre-confirmed by our internal call center team.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowner needs and provide tailed solutions for our exterior remodeling products and services.
  
• Present and demonstrate our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address questions or concerns.
  
• Meet with 2-3 homeowners per day within your radius to conduct presentation.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong background in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
