Schedule: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with consistent weekday and/or weekend opportunities

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client in Colts Neck. This position offers steady daytime hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their home.

This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who value consistency, supportive clinical leadership, and the ability to build strong relationships through one on one care.

What You Will Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support the client's morning and early afternoon routine
• Assist with mobility, safety, and overall comfort
• Follow the individualized care plan and observe any changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with BAYADA's clinical and office teams
• Maintain a respectful, professional, and supportive care environment

What We Are Looking For

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability for the full shift from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
• Compassionate, patient focused approach
• Experience with personal care and transfers, or willingness to learn
