Job Title: Concierge
Reports To: Property Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Concierge will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, to serve as a receptionist and assistant to all residents and visitors at the property.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Building a sense of community among the residents.

• Greeting residents and visitors upon entry to the building.

• Must have a positive, upbeat attitude.

• Meeting with area managers and property management team to ensure staff consistently performs according to management expectations.

• Resident and guest check-in and monitoring.

• Signing in vendors.

• Checking in packages, logging, and notifying residents.

• CCTV monitoring.

• Conducting foot patrols and supervising amenity spaces and common areas.

• Turning on and off canopy lights at the beginning and end of shift (adjusting for daylight savings as needed).

• Assisting residents with the Amazon HUB.

• Scheduling elevator reservations with the office for move-ins and directly with residents for move-outs.

• Assisting with the key fob system.

• Completing incident reports.

• Reporting to the office any activity involving emergency personnel such as police, fire, or EMS.

• Performing any other tasks as directed by supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong customer service focus.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 2 years of concierge or hospitality experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
