Kraus Restoration is looking for a confident, polished, and social Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Northern New Jersey. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys building relationships, attending events, and being the face of a fast-growing company. What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting new people daily—contractors, business owners, and referral partners
- Building strong relationships and becoming their go-to contact
- Attending events, networking, and representing the brand
- Turning conversations into business through follow-up and consistency
- Managing your own territory and growing your pipeline
- Naturally outgoing, engaging, and confident
- Enjoys social environments and face-to-face interaction
- Motivated by income potential and independence
- Organized and consistent with communication
- Likes being on the move—not stuck behind a desk
