Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a comparable restaurant brand (required)
• QSR or fast-casual experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving organization
• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on, “can‑do” attitude
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Highly collaborative with a strong work ethic
• Guest-focused, upbeat, and engaging personality
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
