Position Overview

We’re seeking a driven, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager who can take ownership of Vive’s marketing department and evolve into a key leadership role. This person will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing operations while developing long-term strategies to enhance visibility, elevate the brand, and drive patient engagement.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader and problem solver - someone who can think big, execute efficiently, and align every initiative with Vive’s brand, culture, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marketing activities, including campaign planning, content creation, digital advertising, social media, and partnerships.
• Develop, implement, and measure strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen Vive’s brand presence and reputation.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, seasonal promotions, and service launches.
• Analyze performance metrics across platforms to evaluate ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Manage vendor relationships (agencies, photographers, design partners, etc.) and ensure deliverables meet Vive’s quality and brand standards.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic and messaging.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, timelines, and project milestones.
• Partner with operations and patient experience teams to ensure cohesive messaging and cross-departmental alignment.
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve marketing processes.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging tools in digital marketing, social media, and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and branding.
• Proven experience managing projects, campaigns, and external vendors.
• Analytical mindset - comfortable tracking KPIs and adjusting strategies based on data.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, and email marketing tools (experience with Zenoti preferred but not required).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
