Mechatronics Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and computer technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with robotics, PLCs, sensors, and industrial machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain mechatronic systems, including robotics, automated machinery, and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and improve reliability.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for troubleshooting and assembly.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Calibrate sensors and actuators for precision and accuracy.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports on system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors .
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CAD software and basic programming languages.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations.
