Job Overview:

Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, including maintaining workflow, daily routines, assignments, and monthly schedules.

Responsible for recruiting all team members.

In addition, he will be responsible for ensuring quality control and patient satisfaction.

Will assist in planning, coordinating and evaluating all facets of the kitchen to ensure all established standards for policies and procedures are met.

Will need to assist with taking phone calls from patients for their meal selections,

Will also assist in performance improvement activities,

Will be responsible for supervising the kitchen personnel,

Qualifications:

Required:

Associates or Bachelor s Degree from an accredited College or University is required,

Excellent interpersonal skills,

Must have excellent critical thinking skills,

Will interact with hospital staff, patients and visitors,

Preferred:

Two years of experience in a hospital Food Service Department is required,

Supervisory experience preferred,

Scheduling Requirements:

Full-Time

5:30 am - 2 pm, 6 am - 2:30 pm, 12 pm 8:30 pm

Every other weekend/Holiday Rotation
