We're Hiring: Embedded Software Engineers (10+ Openings)

Location: Camden, NJ (1 Federal St)

Start Date: September 8th

Assignment Type: Rolling Contract (Contract-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: $60–$75/hr (Equivalent to $125K–$155K annually)
️ Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance

Onsite: 4 days/week | 9/80 Schedule

Are you a seasoned Embedded Software Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and national security? We’re looking for 10+ engineers to join our growing team in Camden, NJ. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor junior engineers as a subject matter expert in embedded systems.
• Design, develop, and debug embedded software using Modern C++ , Python , and RTOS .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize hardware-software integration.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle: from requirements to testing.
• Work on advanced systems involving cryptography , AI integration , and real-time performance .
• Contribute to secure, high-assurance systems with potential NSA Type 1 certification.

✅ What You Bring:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with embedded applications on simulated and target hardware.
• Proficiency in RTOS (e.g., Green Hills Integrity, VxWorks), Modern C++ , and Python .
• Experience with UML tools (e.g., IBM Rhapsody, MagicDraw/Cameo).
• Strong background in device drivers , BSPs , and Information Assurance .
• Familiarity with NSA Type 1or DO-178certifications.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience or working knowledge of Rust .
