About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Value-Based Care Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong medical office background who is comfortable handling administrative workflows, patient coordination, and data tracking in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Value-Based Care team
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient outreach
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Assist with front desk operations as needed
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Support coordination of care initiatives and patient follow-ups
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry within internal systems
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical office setting (front desk, scheduling, or call center support required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manage and update spreadsheets)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Two (2) alternating Saturdays per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Commensurate with experience
