Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload including post-operative care, balance and gait training, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
• Current TB screening and required immunizations as per facility policy.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule (Monday through Friday typical; facility lists coverage seven days).
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
• Candidate may be expected to float to other facility units as needed.
