The Integrative Therapy Institute of New Jersey (iti-nj.com) was founded

twelve years ago, for the purpose of providing Doctoral-level psychotherapy training

to Masters-level therapists. Led by two clinical psychologists, Thomas Hollenbach,

Ph.D. and Edward Callaghan, Ph.D., we have expanded into a group practice of over

70 clinicians and a dozen supervisors, with locations in Metuchen, Montclair,

Bloomfield and Cranford and we also offer virtual psychotherapy. We offer much

more supervision and training (from Ph.D.s, LCSWs and LPCs) than is required for

early-career clinicians.

We are looking to hire full or part-time clinicians to join our practice in Metuchen. The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about excellence in psychotherapy and wants to learn and grow in their career. An openness to working with children is strongly preferred, experience in this area is not required as we will train. A New Jersey license (including LSW or LAC) is required, but candidates close to obtaining their license are invited to inquire. Evening and/or weekend hours are required, due to the fact that most clients need to be seen at those times. The hours of the position vary depending on employment status. FT requires a minimum of 20-25 client hours per week. Requires a minimum of 10-12 client hours per week.
ITI-NJ strives to lower the administrative aspects of providing care as much as possible, to allow our clinicians to have more time to focus on what they love -serving clients! Our dedicated and supportive administrative staff handles billing,client screening and matching of clients and therapists.
