Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician

We’re hiring experienced Assistant Maintenance Technicians to support a residential community with daily maintenance operations. With multiple openings available, this is a great opportunity for dependable technicians looking to step into a role with long‑term potential.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with unit turns / make‑ready work
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely, professional manner
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
- Support preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- Prior apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and hands‑on repair skills
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
Job Details
- Location: Mays Landing, NJ 08330
- Pay: $22/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Start Date: April 1
- Opportunity: Contract‑to‑Hire for the right candidate
