PM Broil Cook – Malone’s
Malone’s is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant where teamwork, timing, and communication are key. Broil Cooks may work multiple stations and must maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using grills, flat tops, fryers, and other equipment
- Following standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked station at all times
- Monitoring food temperatures and handling, storing, and rotating products properly
- Assisting with prep and kitchen cleaning as needed
